At the end of I-70 at the Park and Ride. The P&R is a upside down horseshoe when viewed from the entrance. The Drop is at the top left of the horseshoe right after you finish the U-Turn. It is in between the first median on the right after completing the U-Turn.

At the very end of the the first interstate in the US spanning ~2200Miles. Not far from SS HQ.
